One price per building. Paid once.
Every building and street in Silon Valley has its own price, set by how visible it is in the city. Buildings start at $50 and streets at $150. All prices are in US dollars.
Buildings
Prices range from $50 to $15,000. The price reflects visibility: height, footprint, distance to the centre, what the building faces (waterfront, avenue, corner or a regular street) and whether it is one of the city's landmarks.

Streets
Streets, avenues and the ring road range from $150 to $6,000. The price depends on the surface of the segment, its kind (avenues are the city's main axes) and how central it is.
- Your logo displayed on the road every few metres along the whole segment.
- A public page for the street with a link to your website.
- The same management link and timeline entry as a building.

- A place in the city's timeline of acquisitions.
- A private management link sent by email to update your name, logo, description and website at any time.
- No account, no password, no subscription. One payment, yours for as long as Silon Valley exists.
Renting
Short-term rentals, from one hour to seven days, are planned but not available yet. Rental prices shown in the city are indicative only. When rentals open, the periods will be:
- 1 hour
- 6 hours
- 12 hours
- 24 hours
- 7 days
Payment, taxes and refunds
Checkout is handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes the payment, calculates and collects any applicable taxes at checkout, and sends you the invoice. Payment methods depend on your country and device and may include cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
All prices are shown in USD and exclude taxes, which are added at checkout where applicable. There are no recurring charges.
Your building goes live the moment the payment completes, so the service is delivered in full immediately and all sales are final. If we cannot deliver what you paid for (for example the asset was sold to someone else at the same time, or you were charged twice) Paddle refunds you in full. See the FAQ and the Terms of use.
